Policies
COLOR GRADING SUITE POLICY
Color grading suite users must register for a brief training on how to use Tower 745. Once completed, color grading suite users will be able to reserve time on the calendar. We encourage all users of the color suites to use Edit Share.
*Policy
1. Use first and last names only when reserving the color grading suite on the department calendar. Users who enter events without a first and last name will be automatically deleted. Also, you must enter the time in and time out
2. ID activation: Users must have an advanced reservation on the calendar
3. System start-up and shutdown procedures must be followed.
4. Users can not disconnect any sound system cables, go behind racks, attempt to repair equipment
5. Monitor calibrations cannot be tampered with or changed.
5. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE COLOR GRADING SUITES
6. Only one person can use the color grading suite at one time
7. The Color grading suite must be cleared of all papers and personal belongings after your session
8. DO NOT PROP ANY DOORS OPEN
9. Other film/Video policies apply
10. Please log out of all applications ( GMail, Adobe CC, etc)
11. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of use.

*Your access to the film/video area could permanently be revoked if you are found in violation of this policy.

NOTE: Calendar requests are reviewed Monday-Friday during business hours 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (excluding holidays). Please allow a 24-hour window for confirmation of your requested time. Once confirmed, your ID will be authorized to open the door for the duration of the reservation.
Tower 706 Access Policy
706 users must register for a brief training on how to use the sound studio. Once completed, 706 users will be able to reserve time on the calendar.
*Policy
1. Use first and last name only when reserving 706 on the department calendar. Users who enter events without a first and last name will automatically be deleted.
2. ID activation: Users must have a reservation on the calendar in order to have their ID activated. Please allow 24 hours advance notice during normal business hours (10 a.m.–6 p.m.) to have your ID activated.
3. Startup and shutdown procedures must be followed.
4. No user can adjust individual speaker volumes or move speakers
5. Users can not disconnect any sound system cables, go behind racks, attempt to repair equipment
6. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN 706
7. Patch cables must be removed at the end of your session
8. 706 must be cleared of all papers and personal belongings after your session
9. Please delete all media and log out of email, Adobe, Google Apps, etc.
10. Other Film/Video policies apply
